I disagree with MC Hammer and Bubba Sparxxx. People can say what they want about Hammer, but when he was popular, everyone loved him and sang his stuff. Bubba Sparxx is just nice. He never really got the credit he deserved, but his debut album was great.
Also, I wouldn't have a couple of folks on that list... just because someone has rapped, doesn't mean that they're a rapper.
see the thing about Robert Van Winkle is that he was actually an amazing rapper.

but he was definitely a BAD dancer
Vanilla Ice was a mediocre rapper. He had a couple of good songs, and trust me, they were good, but his ability to rap was severely limited, as was demonstrated in all of his efforts subsequent to To the Extreme.
