I would say Mary, b/c after leaving the empty tomb, she was proclaiming Jesus as risen.
Rhea, I thought that too but missions goes back further.
The Samaritan woman at the well. John 4.
One of my favorite stories. It was transformed to me when I realized that in the ancient world, she was powerless to divorce any of her five husbands. Up until that time I always thought of her as a promiscuous woman, like I think many do. But that's not the reality of the situation. It's another great example of Jesus coming to the broken-hearted.
The woman at the well is a good answer too, but I think missions goes back further back still bro. Some wonder if Jonah was a missionary or not so I think missions can still be earlier than that even.
I'll give a hint: Missio Dei.
In case anyone was wondering the answer is: God.
